Important issues

Some things to remember to avoid having your return refused:

• The Sneakermouse tag must be attached to the product.
• The sneakers must be unworn and in the same condition with all accessories.
• The sneakers may not be creases.
• The original box is part of the product and must also be in the same condition.
• Products obtained for free must also be returned.
• Damaged or lost packages during return are your responsibility.
• Return costs are at your own expense.

Returns process

• Email info@sneakermouse.nl within 14 days to create your return.
• After receiving the email, we will send you a return label with a payment link.
• Pack your order carefully, using a shipping box (not a plastic bag!).
• Add the original invoice to your package
• Drop off your ready-to-ship package at the nearest post office.
• After receipt, we will start processing your refund (max 5 working days).
