Every product we send is provided with an authenticity tag, which guarantees both the quality and the authenticity. Before the products come your way, they are inspected by our specialists. All our products are brand new, never worn and are shipped directly from our warehouse including the original packaging and all accessories.

Because we work with our own stock, we have a super fast delivery time of 1-3 working days! Orders outside the Netherlands have a delivery time of 5-10 working days.

Bought items from Sneakermouse? Don't worry, you can easily return them within 14 days of receipt.

Important points to note

Some things to remember to avoid your return being refused:

• The Sneakermouse tag must be attached to the product.
• The sneakers must be unworn and in the same condition with all accessories.
• The sneakers may not be creased (wrinkled).
• The original box must also be in the same condition and include the paperwork.
• Products obtained for free must also be returned.
• Damaged or lost packages during return are your responsibility.
• Return costs are at your own expense.

Returns process

• Email us at info@sneakermouse.nl that you want to return something.
• Log in with your shipping details at https://sneakermouse.myparcel.me/returns/create
• Your barcode = your track & trace code.
• Download and print the return label, which can be found under the heading 'return shipment'.
• Pay online for your return label.
• Let us know why you are returning the package.
• Pack your order carefully, use a shipping box (no plastic bag!).
• Please include the original packing slip with your package
• Stick the return label visibly on the package or have it printed out at the post office.
• Drop off your ready-to-ship package at the nearest post office.
• After receipt we will start processing your refund (max 5 working days).
